My mission is to help you live a balanced, healthy and happy life.
Get to know me
Hey there, I'm Alex ✌️
Let's graze over the basics: born in '92, hailing from near Hannover, but currently soaking up the sun in Thailand. My passions? Sports, cooking, and globetrotting.
Since my teens, I've been all about sports and nutrition. What diet reigns supreme? Which method works best for what? How can I maximize the benefits? My diet has constantly evolved, and my knowledge has expanded until I could no longer ignore the facts and gave veganism a try. It rewarded me with more energy, faster recovery, and an overall improvement in my quality of life. The benefits were immediate, so I stuck with it and have been living vegan since 2017. I strive to combine my culinary ventures with my nutritional expertise into delicious recipes.
I thrive on discovering new sports and pushing my limits. Learning new skills and redefining my boundaries is a thrill - whether it's parkour, mountain biking, or bouldering, I've always been drawn back to strength training. Starting with classic weightlifting and bodybuilding, I gravitated towards functional fitness and bodyweight exercises before embracing calisthenics. Calisthenics challenges me in many ways, where raw strength meets mobility and movement. Since giving equal attention to all aspects of training, I've made steady progress, stayed injury free, and always felt great in my own skin.
One thing that should never be neglected is mental health. A strong mindset is invaluable, both in competition and daily life. I use various methods to stay motivated, positive, balanced, and above all, to live and grow consciously. I'm eager to share my experiences in all of these areas with you and support you on your journey to becoming a Balanced Vegan Athlete.
How I got into coaching:
Back in Germany, I spent a decade working in industry, the last few years in a role as an electrical engineer. Yet, it never truly resonated with me...
Coaching people has always been a passion of mine, driven by the extensive knowledge I've accumulated and the sheer joy of seeing others rejoice in their progress. Deep down, I've known for a long time that this is what fulfills me. So, when I emigrated, I took the leap to back my approximately 15 years of experience in sports and nutrition with professional training, all to share this expertise with you.
