Balanced Vegan Athlete isn't just a brand, it's a way of life. My mission is to help people enhance their health and performance through a plant-based diet and targeted training. Mindfulness and relaxation are key to bringing balance to your life,  because despite society's expectations, we're more than just performance machines. I also believe that a vegan lifestyle is beneficial not only for individuals but for our planet as well.

1. Coaching Services

The coaching is tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients. I offer nutritional counseling with a focus on vegan diets, as well as nutritional advice for athletes seeking sustainable and performance-enhancing outcomes. My services are not exclusively for vegans; I provide advice to anyone interested in a plant-based diet. Whether you're looking to make your diet slightly more plant-based or you're seeking a transition to or support for a fully vegan diet, I am here to guide you at every step as a nutritionist and fitness coach. The focus of my offerings is on this coaching because nothing is more fulfilling to me than meeting people and helping them. Their joy in making consistent progress and improving their quality of life motivates me daily to give my best.

2. Inspiring Content

My goal is to provide you with valuable content that supports your journey to a balanced, healthy, and happy lifestyle. This includes:

  • Nutrition: Informative videos and articles about vegan nutrition and recipes that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine, as well as sports-related recipes for maximum performance and stunning dishes for special occasions.

  • Fitness: Tips and guides for muscle building, calisthenics, mobility, movement, and functional fitness. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals, fueled by the power of plants. Expect informative videos, tutorials, follow-along routines, and much more.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation: In a fast-paced world and a performance-driven society, it's crucial to find time for mindfulness and relaxation. I'll show you how to use meditation and breathwork, along with other relaxation techniques and methods, to navigate life with balance.
