Salty Peanut-Butter Energy Balls

 

Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you an easy recipe for the perfect vegan snack on the go: salty peanut-almond energy balls. I love having snacks like these ready when I go hiking, biking, or spend the whole day out. These snacks are perfect because they're compact, provide lots of energy, and won't melt or make a mess. Plus, they're super healthy, completely sugar-free, and super quick and easy to make. You can also enjoy these energy balls before or during a tough workout to replenish your glycogen stores.

 


Recipe

(Makes 10 energy balls)

Ingredients:

  • 200g dates

  • 50g almonds

  • 50g peanut butter

  • 100g oats (fine)

  • Generous pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Pit the dates.

  2. Chop the dates and almonds.

  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead well with your hands.

  4. Form 10 balls and enjoy!
